Across four regional roundtables, 50 employers from 44 New Hampshire companies told us what it really takes to recruit, keep, and grow a workforce here, and it’s bigger than tax policy alone. This series turns what we heard into something we can act on, together.
Each month, we take one of the conditions that make New Hampshire competitive and dig in: what employers across the state actually told us, why it shows up on your balance sheet and in your community, and the concrete moves your business can make. These are working sessions, not lectures. Come ready to wrestle with the ideas, hear from peers, and leave having chosen a next step you can take.
Along the way we’ll build out a fuller definition of “business-friendly.” One rooted in the things that matter: our people, our places, steady policy, and a can-do culture. And we’ll put the Business Action Menu to work.
